This is in regards to the education technology used in schools and at home facilitating our children's educational development and progress, as well as issues of privacy, data storage and where this data might end up. DT&BC are exploring the good, bad and ugly and set out to empower Black communities through awareness and training to identify, question, opt out and report things that might compromise our children's rights.
Join the team on 30th of September, for a FREE workshop at the Birmingham Hippodrome to discuss;
* Why the use of EdTech matters to Black communities in Birmingham and across the UK.
* How we can gather the evidence to answer our questions.
* How you can get involved.
(Refreshments will be provided, and no data/tech skills are required).
