New paper:  "Towards more sustainable responses to natural hazards and 
climate change challenges via transformative adaptation"

A team of researchers at the  International Climate Change Information 
and Research Programme (ICCIRP) 
https://www.haw-hamburg.de/en/ftz-nk/programmes/iccirp/, the 
Inter-University Sustainable Development Research Programme 
https://www.haw-hamburg.de/en/ftz-nk/programmes/iusdrp/ and the UK 
Consortium for Sustainability Research (UK-CSR) 
https://www.mmu.ac.uk/research/research-centres/ecology-environment/groups/zero-carbon-sustainable-futures/UK-CSR 
with specialists from 17 countries, has undertaken a study on the 
connections between climate change challenges, sustainability and 
transformative adaptation.

The outcome of this study, the paper "Towards more sustainable responses 
to natural hazards and climate change challenges via transformative 
adaptation" has just been published in the journal "Cities". A limited
