Hello
No problem on my side, at least if I switch from Light to Dark — TOPCAT doesn't seem to realize.
(OS 10.14.6, MacBook Air 2015 — yes, I hope to keep it another 5 years)
Cheers
Stéphane

This seems to not be an issue if I switch to “Light” mode in System Preferences (I prefer to work in Dark mode). Does anyone know a way to make these show successfully, or am I stuck switching to light mode every time I use Topcat?
