Hi Batel,
I am afraid that escapes from my area of expertise. It seems the converter expects to find information at some empty/inexistent DICOM tag. Although DICOM was supposed to be standard, sometimes the precise location of some pieces of information are vendor/image modality depending. So, you should investigate by editing your dicom headers with a text processor where the required information is stored, ask the manufacturer to provide such information, find another dicom converter able to look for such information in other dicom tags or guess what the values should be from the FOV prescription and fill them manually using the proper location and format.
Good luck

Could you kindly provide insights into which specific DICOM header components might be absent, leading to this error? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
