Dear SPM and CAT12 experts,
I'm currently using the CAT12 software to do some analysis on structural MRI.
I first did a two sample t-test to compare cortical thickness between two groups of adult subjects and re-estimate my results with TFCE: I get some clusters of interest.
Now I want to use a binary mask of my previous significant clusters to see if there is some correlation between cortical thickness and behavioral tasks. It works when I add "inclusive" mask in SPM12 "Results" but I cannot use this mask with TFCE.
I tried to re-estimate my contrast with TFCE toolbox by adding an additional mask (and using my created binary mask) but I get this error: "Error using tfce_estimate_stat. Mask must have the same dimensions and orientation as the data."
How can I fix it ?
Thank you for your grateful help
Best regards
