Junior Sales Executive - Government (2 vacancies)

Job Location: Cambridge, UK/Remote within the UK (must be willing to travel to Cambridge office and client sites when required)

We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Junior Salesperson to join our team. If you have a couple of years of experience in sales or GIS, and you are eager to learn and grow, then we would love to hear from you.
Our Government sector is growing at pace, and we have decided to bring in someone with a couple of years’ experience in the real world, who is willing to learn and be mentored on their path to being a fantastic salesperson. We have plenty of experienced people willing to share that knowledge and help people develop.
We sell complex solutions that usually have a mix of software and services. The sales cycle averages between 9-12 months, and involves engaging multiple stakeholders to understand their needs, and present our solutions in a clear and compelling way.
A GIS background would be ideal but is not essential, attitude and a willingness to learn are more important. Our company HQ is in Cambridge and whilst location isn’t important, we would expect our new team member to spend quite a bit of time in Cambridge in their first 6 months.
This role will involve being out visiting clients and prospects, so you need to be willing to travel and sometimes change plans at short notice.
