Dear MDN readers,
There is a vacancy for a postdoc position in my group at KU Leuven in Belgium. The vacancy is part of a project titled "DynaPhor: Dynamic Pharmacophores for In Silico Hit Identification" in collaboration with the computational chemistry group at Janssen Research and Development, in Beerse (Belgium), and will be under the co-supervision of Dr. Edgar Jacoby. The overall goal of the DynaPhor project is to improve the science and impact of virtual screening, by integrating among other things improved molecular dynamics simulation and quantum mechanical/molecular mechanical protocols.
We are looking for a highly motivated post-doctoral researcher with a background in biomolecular simulation (and perhaps quantum chemical methods) to work in Leuven and Beerse. The position is initially for one year but can be renewed for a second year.
Additional information can be obtained from Jeremy at [log in to unmask], as well as from the KU Leuven webpage at https://www.kuleuven.be/personeel/jobsite/jobs/60238747, from where there is a link to the application page. Application will be reviewed from mid-August.
Best regards
Jeremy
