The Department of Leadership and Human Resource Management at Northumbria University is looking to appoint an External Examiner for MSc Global HRM. The post holder will be the lead examiner for the programme and would moderate the following modules:
HR9781 Global HR Practices and Fundamentals
HR9782 Cross Cultural Organisational Behaviour
HR9783 Human Resource Analytics and Decision Making
HR9784 Comparative Employment Relations
HR9785 Contemporary Issues in Global HRM
HR9786 Research Methods for HRM
HR9789 Masters HRM Enquiry
HR9791 Masters HRM Dissertation
HR9792 Masters HRM Consultancy Project

As External Examiner, you will be involved in the approval of assessments, moderation of student work, completion of annual monitoring reports and may be invited to attend examination boards.
The Department is looking for applicants who are/have/demonstrate:
• Suitably qualified (academically or professionally) with expertise in the subject area;
• Experience of and leadership in learning and teaching / quality assurance;
• Previous experience as an External Examiner (desirable but not an essential requirement);
• Knowledge and experience of TNE (desirable but not an essential requirement);
