Dear colleague,
It’s not easy to stay relaxed and resourced with long hours behind a desk, teaching responsibilities and perhaps a publication or grant submission deadline coming up…
Qi Gong is a wonderful practice to release stress and top up your energy. It literally means the art or skill of guiding and directing your life force. Gentle movement is a great way to awaken the body in the morning, or wind down at the end of the day… It’s also great for letting go of emotions, increase resilience, and find new inspiration.
Attune your body, heart and mind to the energies of summer!
* Observe how life force in nature expands and how this is mirrored in your body
* Tune your inner fire up or down whatever is necessary
* Let go of frustration and burnout
* Connect with the energy of kindness, compassion, joy, and happiness.
* Participate in a welcoming international community
You have a choice of 3 classes every week with a different focus each, that you can join live or watch the replays in your own time:
* 30 minutes for meditation in movement (Monday 9-9.30am)
* 45 minutes to strengthen your core (Wednesday 7.30-8.15am)
* 60 minutes for an allround workout of body heart and mind (Thursday 18-19pm)
* (Please note that these are CET times, so one hour earlier if you’re in the UK!)
Try it out for free for two weeks, and afterwards you choose what to pay (sliding scale 29-49€/month)
It doesn't matter how flexible you are, or if you haven't done it before.

What others say:
The sessions were a really good way to ‘end’ the day. They have been a real tonic, and even after a few minutes I feel the benefits. It released tension, specifically from areas affected by being seated and typing. It warmed me up and brought me back to my body and to the environment outside the house. Lovely (John Habron, Associate Professor in Music, UK).
