The University of Suffolk is seeking an external academic reviewer for the correspondence-based approval of BSc (Hons) Professional Practice in Supply Chain Leadership [degree apprenticeship].
The chosen candidate will receive electronic access to the course documentation (which we expect to be) from Friday 23 June and be given two weeks to review the documentation and provide comments via a feedback form. There will be no face-to-face event, however, a brief Teams meeting with the course leader upon the submission of feedback can be arranged if it is felt that this would be beneficial.
We are seeking an experienced and qualified academic with a background and knowledge in the subject area, who should be able to demonstrate:
• appropriate competence, experience, and continuing active involvement in the relevant subject discipline.
• relevant academic and/or professional qualifications, normally to at least undergraduate level.
• knowledge and understanding of relevant external reference points for the maintenance of academic standards, assurance and enhancement of quality.
• competence and recent experience relating to the design and delivery of degree apprenticeships within the relevant subject discipline to at least level 6.
• familiarity with the Supply Chain Leadership Professional apprenticeship standard.

The position attracts a one-off payment of £200, subject to evidence of eligibility to work in the UK and other HR requirements.
