I had this reported to me and found it righted itself after I clicked about a bit in the Assignment inbox. I clicked on the 'Refresh inbox data' button; and also redundantly clicked in and out of the 'submit of behalf of student' menu, and the group filtering seemed to work after that,

Yes, we have seen that too and I have a case escalated with Tii engineers. If you can also raise a case too then hopefully it will get bumped up the priority list. My own testing shows that it is intermittent, but real. I have a test space were I reproduced the issue in the morning, then by late morning it was behaving as it should do. I assume there is some roster syncing issues at play here. We still have plenty of examples where group filtering is failing though.

Hi all
Those using Blackboard as their VLE have no doubt had issues this week with the global DDoS and DNS issues the company has had.
However we are still seeing issues today, in particular with Blackboard groups and Turnitin. We set up Blackboard groups (within courses) to act as filters in Turnitin, so markers can see their allocation (we mark anonymously).
We are finding that for most courses, whilst the groups still appear in Turnitin, the membership list is empty. From the Blackboard side, all is fine.
I suspect this related to the ongoing issues but wanted some reassurance from the community!
