Accepted papers will be included in the proceedings of ISCC 2023, of which ICTS4eHealth conference is a co-located event, and will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore. The ICTSeHealth and ISCC proceedings have been indexed in the past by ISI, DBLP and Scopus. This makes the ISCC conference one of the publication venues with very high visibility and impact in both Computer and Communications areas.

SPECIAL SESSIONS:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
SS-ICHS: Impact of ChatBots (CBs) in the Healthcare sector

In its most basic form, a ChatBot (CB) is an application designed to simulate conversations with human users. It combines the benefits of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to respond to user inputs. In the healthcare industry, CBs have the potential to deliver a tremendous impact by providing a range of benefits to both patients and stakeholders, providing strong support to the decision-making process helping the physicians deliver high-quality clinical treatments. Finally, being software-based, CBs can naturally work along with blockchains and cyber-security systems to guarantee complete protection of sensible health-related patient information.

Co-Chairs:
- Prof. Stefano Giordano, University of Pisa, Italy
- Dr. Andrea Sciarrone, University of Genoa, Italy
- Dr. Ayman Radwan, University of Aveiro, Portugal
- Md Sabbir Ahmed, University of Pisa, Italy

SS-TAAIMHA: Technological Advancements in Artificial Intelligence for Medical and Healthcare Applications

The healthcare service system is essential in the medical field, which has enormous demands on human existence. In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has seen rapid development and is being used extensively in the domains of computer science and engineering. As a result of recent developments in machine learning and deep learning, artificial intelligence has become a hot topic across all academic disciplines. The purpose of this special session is to provide a forum in which researchers and practitioners that employ unsupervised or supervised learning based on AI models for any clinical tasks can present and discuss their latest work and exchange ideas for improving the use of AI in healthcare.
