Hi,
We are currently looking to adapt our prosolution based enrolment form from one long form we used last year, for students to complete at home, to two seperate forms.
We are looking at having an initial data capture form where the student provides the bulk of their personal information and then a second form for them to complete on results day of which the main purpose will be entering results, confirming declarations, and data checking.
I have spoken to Advanced about the options and have been given two possibilities,
1. The first form is an application request and a second is an enrolment form which would be worked as usual.
2. Both forms are enrolment requests, I assume the first one would be worked up until committing the enrolments at which point we leave an uncommitted enrolment on the account until part 2 is completed.
Has anybody used either of these methods before and can provide any insight on what has and has not worked? Alternatively is there a seperate process you have used that has been beneficial?
Thanks in advance.
Andrew Silver
