This is a SECOND call for submissions to the 11th International Competition on Educational Games at the 17th European Conference on Games Based Learning (ECGBL 2023). The conference will be held this year at University of Twente, Enschede, Netherlands on 5 - 6 October 2023.

The aims of this competition are:
· To provide an opportunity for educational game designers and creators to participate in the conference and demonstrate their game design and development skills in an international competition.
· To provide an opportunity for GBL creators to peer-assess and peer-evaluate their games.
· To provide ECGBL 2023 attendees with engaging and best-practice games that showcase exemplary applications of GBL.
The competition will have categories for fully developed games, games still in development, games developed by students and a new category for 2023 for Educational Escape Rooms.
Games in any format are welcome and this includes both digital and non-digital applications

Game Submission Deadline – 08 May 2023
Notification of Game Acceptance –25 May 2023
