Hi Sarah,
UAL has used Koha since 2015. We have sites based around London but our systems team are at Elephant and Castle. Let me know if you want to arrange a chat about it. I know from a recent DTG event I hosted that UWL has recently implemented Koha as well and I am sure they would be happy to help. Drop me a line off list if you want contact details.
Hope that helps.
Regards,

Subject: Library Systems
Hello
I am new to this group and wondered whether anyone could offer any advice please. We are a London-based university looking to move to either a new open source catalogue library system or a subscription based service. We have been looking at the following options: Koha and Librarika and wondered whether anyone here uses either of these and what their experience has been.
We have appx 2500 books in our library and would need barcode scanning.
If anyone could offer any advice or even suggest other alternatives that we have not considered, that would be great.
Thankyou for reading and thank you in advance, for any useful information you are able to provide.
Best wishes
Sarah Walton
