Lancaster University are recruiting an Employment and Recruitment Service (ERS) Manager to join our team to support and develop the University’s fast paced and diverse internal and commercial recruitment agency services, and staffing bank.
Based in the University Careers and Employability Service and reporting to the Head of Employer Engagement, the post holder will lead the ERS’s end-to-end recruitment processes and finances and manage and motivate a small team of recruitment professionals to ensure we deliver and lead an efficient and effective in-house staffing service and commercial employment agency. You will be future-focused in developing the service offer, working alongside other members of the team, suppliers and colleagues within our academic departments, and professional services divisions.

The salary for the role is £36,386 (incrementally enhanced annually) and attracts 25 days holidays plus University closure days and bank holidays.
