Happy (belated) New Year everyone!
Hopefully someone has a good idea on here! We have a long tradition of in person exams in a very short timetable, which has almost reverted back to pre-pandemic levels. It's also not uncommon for students to sit two exams on the same day.
Where students have reasonable adjustments that mean that they are unable to take both exams in the same day, or where they have religious observance during an exam (usually Saturdays), we have previously required them to be held incommunicado. However, this is increasingly impossible to achieve and so I would love to know what other universities do - how do you manage students who can't sit the exam at the same time as the rest of their cohort?
Many thanks,
Jenny
