Dear SPM users, Dear Christian Gaser,
I have a question about the procedure for "Longitudinal data in two (or more) groups with interaction of covariate by group" as described in the CAT12 manual, here:
https://neuro-jena.github.io/cat12-help/#long_two_interact
Namely, it states:
"Please note that unlike the previous model, here all time points are coded with only one value. The distinction between time points is now made by the covariate."
Do I have to do something with the covariates myself at this point (e.g. multiply all first time points of the respective covariates by -1) or does this/something happen automatically? I'm still not quite clear how the time component gets into the model.
best,
Dominik
