The Department of Digital Humanities (DDH) at King’s College London is looking for hourly paid lecturers to assist with our teaching (mostly seminars) and marking. An hourly-paid lecturer needs a PhD (awarded or near completion) or equivalent and the right to work in the UK. The hourly pay is around £21-22 per hour, plus two paid hours for preparation for each contact hour.
The work will take place at King’s College London in person at the Strand Campus in January–April 2022, with most marking occurring in April and May. The application deadline is Monday 5th of December (4 pm).
The expertise we are looking for is:
* 5AAVC210 Introduction to Programming: An introduction to computer programming and data analytics in Python
* 7AAVDM57 Understanding Human-Comp. Int. Design: A module about Human-Computer Interaction and UX
