Hello,
Can you please explain how FSL handles images that were angled during data acquisition? Loading the source data on FSLeyes, I notice the axial slice gets cropped on the datasets I'm looking at even though all the data is there. Viewing the data on another platform such as MRIcron, I can view all of the data, and am not sure if this is an FSL issue?
Same issue when viewing the b0 images and the eddy_corrected data - FSL shows the data is cropped, and MRIcron shows all of the data.
Would we need to re-slice the data orthogonally before processing any of the DTI data in FSL?
If you can please assist.
Thanks so much!!
RJ
