Dear Zahra,
The problem is occurring when FSL tries to read the input file: /home/fsluser/Desktop/EEG/sub-01/func/sub-01_task-auditoryoddballwithbuttonresponsetotargetstimuli_run-01_bold. Can you confirm the version of FSL you are using ( more $FSLDIR/etc/fslversion ) and the output from:
fslhd /home/fsluser/Desktop/EEG/sub-01/func/sub-01_task-auditoryoddballwithbuttonresponsetotargetstimuli_run-01_bold
