Hello

This is an EXTENDED CALL for papers for the 6th International Conference on Tourism Research (ICTR 2023) hosted by Neapolis University, Pafos, Cyprus on 8-9 June 2023.

This call is now extended until 30th November 2022.

ICTR is an opportunity to discuss all aspects of tourism research and this year, the affects that COVID-19 has had on the travel and tourism industry. As well as the general call there are a number of specialist mini-tracks open for submissions.

To see the full call for papers, mini track details and to submit an abstract please see: https://www.academic-conferences.org/conferences/ictr/ictr-call-papers/

Papers accepted for ICTR 2023 will be published in the conference proceedings, subject to author registration and payment. The conference proceedings have an ISSN (2516-3612) and will be assigned an ISBN on publication. Papers published in the proceedings will be considered for further development and publication in a number of international journals.

We are delighted to announce that Professor Dimitrios Buhalis, Bournemouth University will be giving a Keynote Speech entitled “ From eTourism to Smart Tourism and Ambient Intelligence towards Metaverse”

We are planning for ICTR 2023 to be a “hybrid” conference. Meaning that it will be physical event with virtual elements built into it to create an experience for both those who can attend in person and those able to attend online.

Special accommodation offer at the venue

The conference venue, Neapolis University, Pafos, is an innovation in tourism education, where a hotel has been transformed into university premises. They now offer hotel standard accommodation on campus with a swimming pool and is a short walk to the sea front. It is inexpensive and convenient for the conference. To take advantage of this special offer, please contact direct for more information and special conference rates: [log in to unmask] or phone +357 26843306

Please feel free to circulate this message to any colleagues or contacts you think may be interested.
