BOOK LAUNCH - Hilma af Klint: Abstraction and the Spiritual
Ever since the 2019 exhibition at the Guggenheim Museum in New York, Hilma af Klint (1862-1944) has been internationally established as a pioneer of abstraction. Her rediscovery has sparked a debate about the role of spiritual movements in modern art. This event, with authors Daniel Birnbaum and Julia Voss, celebrates the launch of two publications casting new light on Hilma af Klint's life and work.
