Hello all, 

We’re missing a significant number of events from the listings section of the Festival website, particularly from those who received grants to develop festival activities. 

Just a reminder that uploading your events (bilingually) to the event site, is not only a condition of grant, it is the only way we have to promote it. Already our campaign is driving considerable traffic to the events listings, so if your event is missing, you’re missing out on the free promotional support we offer. 

Please, please, please get them up WITH a great picture to illustrate the event. If you’re having difficulty, have a look at the online tutorial videos in the Log In section (top right hand corner of the museums.wales website) that will show you how to update your museum entry AND publish your events. 

The festival begins this Saturday, so let’s get these events up by Thursday afternoon at the very latest please. 

It is one log in per museum. Please try to find the one you used last year. You can set up a new one, but it slows the process down as we have to manually reconnect the new user to the museum account.
