Hello all,
We are currently running AtoM 2.6 on a largely hands off basis. Primarily because the IT contractors installed it on a remote server and forbade me access to it. They then provided an "as and when" level of support which generally worked for me. However, new IT contractors are not of the same mind and consider Ubuntu and 3rd party software as no part of their world view and are pushing to build a "bespoke replacement" and then offer support to that.
This is not helpful when I already have a tried and tested, standards compliant package through AtoM! Plus I cannot comprehend how much it would cost....
So, for those who have bought in AtoM support, I would love to know who provides your support, its level and general cost profile. I will get in touch with Atrefacual soon.
Thanks
