I have read the UKB pre-processing pipeline documentation (https://biobank.ctsu.ox.ac.uk/crystal/crystal/docs/brain_mri.pdf), UKB pre-processing pipeline paper (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1053811917308613), and UKB Git repository (https://git.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/falmagro/UK_biobank_pipeline_v_1).

However, I still have questions about the UKB pre-processing pipeline for rfMRI, hence may I ask them as follows please?

1. What is the difference between EPI unwarping and GDC unwarping?
2. What is the difference between GDC unwarping and GDC?
3. What regressors are provided by the UKB for the rfMRI pipeline? (i.e. how many regressors, what types of regressors are they: for example motion regressors or global signal regressors, etc.) If possible, may I be also directed to a UKB document that explains these regressors in detail too?
4. Does UKB provide motion parameters such as DVARS and framewise displacement (FD) values (MCFLIRT output) for the rfMRI pipeline?
5. At which step in the rfMRI pipeline exactly are the T1 images projected to the MNI152 standard space?
