Dear SPM users,
I am running a DCM (CMM_NMDA model) on TMS-EEG data. We have for each subject several sessions taken during the day. I am having some issues when it gets to "spm_erp_L". On line 32 it creates 2 persistent variables "LastLpos, LastL". We have a different number of good channels across sessions, thus, because of the persistent variable "LastL", it crushes on line 72 when the number of good channels of the current session is lower than the number of good channels of the previous one. Do we have to have the same number of good channels across all sessions to perform DCM? If not, and I am not the first one encountering this problem, could you give me some suggestions to fix it? I could just clear the function after each session, but I am not sure it is formally correct.
Thank you in advance for your time and help.
Have a nice day,
Ilenia
