Critically acclaimed and now returned to London, creator Gabriela Flarys takes us on a surreal journey through the eyes of a recently arrived migrant to the city. There She Is is a comical, poetical and political one-woman performance about language, displacement, and recreation of oneself. The show combines impressive physical theatre, contemporary dance, uncanny impressions and an original script based on interviews with people who live in London with English as a second language.

When a whale gets beached on the London Underground, all hell breaks loose and communication abruptly ceases. Something indescribable is displaced in the beating heart of the city and an uncomfortable feeling is brewing amongst the residents.
Something must be done, definitions found, boundaries drawn. After all, we’ve all got somewhere we have to be, a place where we can at last be happy, and time waits for no one. Delays cannot be tolerated.
