Dear all,
We are pleased to announce the publication of the third episode of Artery, a podcast on art, authorship and anthropology. In this episode, artist and anthropologist Hermione Spriggs speaks with Tuguldur Yondonjamts, an artist who lives and works in Ulaanbaatar and New York. Tuguldur's body of work often responds to the nomadic culture of Central Asia and the issues affecting Mongolia’s society and economic development. His work is widely exhibited in Mongolia, the US and internationally.

How do artists understand their role in the making of an artwork, and its life thereafter? In each episode, one anthropologist has a conversation with an artist of their choosing, exploring issues of authorship and responsibility in art, and the relationships involved in creative production.
A new episode will be released every two weeks, on Fridays. We would be delighted if you would join us!
Podcast episodes can be found through the links provided and on any of your favourite podcast purveyors.
With warm regards,
Iza Kavedžija (University of Cambridge) and Robert Simpkins (SOAS, London)
