The University of Liverpool is seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer and two Tenure Track Fellows in Health Data Science.

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, committed, and able career academics to join the Data Action Research Group (DARG), a vibrant research team working on the development and application of rapidly evolving data science techniques, to make a difference to people's health and to reduce health inequalities.
The applicants for the Senior Lecturer position should have a PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant area of research, including data science, informatics, statistics, epidemiology or econometrics, and proven track record of high-quality research, including potential for impact generation, experience in teaching and supervision, and the ability to apply for external research funding.
The applicants for the Tenure Track Fellowships should have a doctoral level qualification in a subject with substantial data science/informatics, and a proven track record of high-quality research developing data science methods and/or applying them in novel/advanced ways. Our tenure track scheme is designed to nurture future research leaders in a supportive environment with the aim of progression to Lecturer over a 5-year period, a "track to tenure".
