Open Position No. 22/B20 (Story Generation)
at the Universität Greifswald, Germany

One PhD position in Story Generation is currently
open at the University of Greifswald, Germany!
The task is to create plausible stories from text cues using
neural networks based natural language generation methods.

Funding (50% E13 TV-L)
is available for 3 years. The successful applicant is expected to start on 1 April 2022.
Applicants should have a very good Master's degree in computer science,
physics, mathematics or electrical engineering. Successful applicants
will have to do mostly research but also teach two hours per week.
Applicants should have a drive for research and should have knowledge
in one or more of the following research areas: Deep Neural Networks,
Natural Language Generation, Computer Vision, Robotics, Machine
Learning, Deep Neural Networks, Computer Graphics.

Applicants must be fluent in English and must have excellent
programming skills (C++, Python, Java). Applications (including CV, transcripts,
