Dear Albert,
Mac dropped automatic support for OpenMP a few OS versions ago. Hence we haven't released a multi-threaded version of eddy for some time.
For the next release we have changed the CPU parallelisation from using OpenMP to using the C++11 thread library. Since that is a standard part of C++, that should protect us from having that particular rug pulled out from under us again. And the next release of FSL will come with support for multi-threading in eddy again.
Best regards Jesper

Any help with what might have gone wrong?
Thanks
