I altered my design file as follows (demeaned sex-3 and age-4 and left the grouping variable 1/2 alone):

For contrasts 2 and 5 (although I don't expect many significant differences when thresholding between .95-1), it still appears that the _tfce_tstat*, tfce_p_tstat*, and the _tfce_corrp_tstat* associated with those contrasts do not have values allocated to the whole skeleton regardless of what threshold I set. The original _tstat file does appear to have a value for all voxels in the skeleton. Is this correct?
