Hello,
I recently upgraded my Linux system from Ubuntu 20.04 to 22.04 and I noticed that FSLeyes is not working properly. When trying to launch FSLeyes through the FSL GUI I am getting an error saying "The program 'fsleyes' received an X Window System error" and that "wxGLContext(): Couldn't create OpenGL context".
I was able to open FSLeyes through the terminal command, however the display seems bugged, with the image planes being stacked over each other and blocking some of the buttons (see attached images). When performing certain functions, such as opening lightbox view, I get the following error on the terminal: "Debug: window wxMenuBar@0x55d676cea7d0 ("menubar") lost focus even though it didn't have it".
Any help on resolving this would be appreciated!
Thank you in advance,
Fotis T
