Hi,
I would like to use PALM's -pearson output to determine significant areas of correlation between task activation data and a behavioral measure (continuous). It seems this is possible. The way I'm reading the documentation the design matrix should just be the behavioral scores across participants.
so I would have palm -i input.func.gii -m mask.func.gii -s surface.surf.gii -d behavior.csv -pearson -o correlation_clusters [-logp] -accel tail -n 10000 -C [.43] -Cstat mass
1) Overall, is this correct?
2) Specifically, when I don't use logP it doesn't work, but the output should be correlation values, correct (not -logp)
3) For the cluster forming threshold, is this just the correlation threshold I want?
Thanks!!
