Hi again,
Below are the b-values of my current data set. I have fit a tensor model to the b-800 and b-2800 volumes and various quality-checks look good and my TBSS results are in-line with previous results related to my research question. However, in a recent discussion, I was told that the tensor model breaks down at b-values above 1500 and that maybe I should not include the b-2800s in my DTI model. On the other hand, if I were to exclude the b-2800 volumes and only fit the tensor model to the b-800 volumes, I would be losing quite a bit of data.
Any thoughts or literature anyone could point me to?
