I'm analyzing an n-back dataset where participants were in one group and completed the task once at two separate timepoints. I've never performed a pre-post longitudinal analysis in FEAT before, so I want to be sure I understand the steps I need to take. My main question is how to specify the pre and post sessions in FEAT? During 1st level I would specify 3 EVs (0-back, 1-back, 2-back), and have 3 contrasts (2-back > 1-back, 2-back > 0-back, 1-back > 0-back). This makes sense in a single session experimental design, but I'm unsure how to denote the pre and post sessions, whether this occurs in the 1st or 3rd level (or both). I assume I can skip 2nd level because each session only contains 1 task run.
Thank you for the clarification.
Dan
