Dear Di,
I was first confused by the change from 1.5mm to 0.15 in your equation, but everything looks correct. I use prod([1.5 1.5 1.5])/1000 to estimate the volume in ml in my functions.
Best,
Christian

Now I have the mean value of the ROI, which seems like a percentage rather than the volume. For example, if the mean value extracted from the ROI is 0.3, the voxel size is 1.5*1.5*1.5 mm, and there are 300 voxels in this ROI, then the volume of this ROI should be: 0.3*0.15*0.15*0.15*300 (cm3). Am I correct? Thank you.
