The next CLIC SDG event will be held online on Tuesday 21st June 11am-1pm and will be on the topic of ‘Looking afresh at customer service – meeting the challenges, raising our game!’
Join us for this lively session on how customer service has evolved in libraries since the pandemic. We’ll begin with a talk from Rhian Diggins of Glamorgan Archives on how lockdown closures have led the Archives to reconsider how they deliver their services to customers. We’ll follow this with an opportunity for you to exchange ideas and experiences with fellow attendees. There will then be a panel discussion on the future of customer service in libraries, featuring Rhian Diggins, Suzanne Hathaway and Sioned Jacques, along with an opportunity to ask questions.
