Thanks for looking into this. I have attached a screenshot to this post so you can see the output (if you can't see this let me know and I will email it direct). In the bottom right, you can see that the power spectra does not load up. Moving to the next component does not plot the next component.
Using the same .ica directory in each case (feat output), I have tried loading the .ica directory into fsleyes on different machines with different installs via the command:
fsleyes -s melodic -ad filtered_fc_data.ica
The power spectra loads fine onto machines with older installs of fsl, but it does not load on my newest fsl install (or my student's machine). Both installs where it does not work are macs, but so is one where it does. Since we are using the same .ica directory I figured it was perhaps the fsleyes version. Toggling 'plot component power spectra' does not change things for the better.
