Dear Si Hoon,
You could perform a fit search in ChimeraX with the following command:
https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/fitmap.html
Apart from the global search "search" option, I would also include the
"resolution" option, which creates a map to fit in at the designated
resolution out of your model.
