HI all, apologies I'm a bit late as I didn't realise this was a group where 365 people may also be hiding!
Lancaster use their own bespoke tools and did look at MIM years ago but it was limited in scope. I think we have issues partly around identity management (and the complex rules our organisation tries to work to) but also around some of the 50% supported functions and dodgy wording. Biggest beef at the moment it the fact a UPN may not be a mail alias (and users may have multiple mail aliases). Up until all services managed to work out a UPN from an alias but I have tickets open for the Support Portal and Onedrive client which refuse to yet still ask users to enter their email..
I think given a clear agenda Lancaster could support a group looking at some of the challenges UK HE face internally and translating it to MS Authentication and identity.
