Dear Colleagues
We have a full time three-and-a-half-year fixed term PhD (GTA) studentship on Urban Inequalities available in the Department of Natural and Built Environment at Sheffield Hallam University.
Research topics may include but are not limited to access and politics of public space; urban migration and mobilities; challenges and resistances in the urban environment; socio-spatial impacts of changing infrastructures; design perspectives on urban sustainability and climate justice; creative and ethnographic research methods.
We encourage applicants from interdisciplinary backgrounds that touch upon architecture; human geography; art and design, environment and development studies; urban studies; urban planning and design.
Supervisory Team: Dr Goran Vodicka (Director of Studies), Dr Nabeela Ahmed and Dr Richard White.
