Dear SPM community,
I conducted an fMRI experiment to explore the involvement of the parahippocampal cortex (PHC) in spatial navigation.
As a result, GLM showed a significant cluster in the left PHC which was response to the spatial navigation.
I wonder what is a decent way to draw my conclusion based on this unilateral result. Should I conclude that the PHC participates in spatial navigation, or the left PHC participates in spatial navigation? If the later, should I need to explain why the right side is not significant?
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Best,
Qunjun
