Dear all,
I have just heard from Boris Dralyuk that his first poetry collection, "My Hollywood", has sold out BEFORE its official publication date.
This brings me real joy. Boris's success is deserved. And this is also a wonderful, reassuring confirmation that good poetry still does matter to people, that there are still people who value what I think of as real poetry.

The poems can be enjoyed by anyone, but they may have a special interest for Slavists since many of them deal with the experience of Russian and other immigrants to Los Angeles and there are also a number of translations from the work of Russian poets who ended up in the States.
All the best, Robert
