Dear FSL experts,
Quick question about an error when doing a one-sample t-test using FEAT.
I have completed pre-processing and first level analysis. I wanted to conduct a one-sample t-test using one of the lower-level cope for about 100 participant. The FEAT higher-level analysis for one-sample t-test works fine with a few number of participants (e.g any random 20 participants). This problem only occur when the number of in put (lower-level FEAT directories) is over 27.
I got this error below when I was trying to conduct a one-sample t-test for more than 27 participant:
can't read "fmri(evg51.1)": no such element in array
can't read "fmri(evg51.1)": no such element in array

"uplevel #0 [list $w invoke]"
(procedure "tk::ButtonUp" line 22)
invoked from within

If someone of you could help me with that problems I would be very
grateful!
Thank you all.
Wendy
