We are looking to hire two motivated individuals for Product Specialist
roles with our multi-national team. As a Product Specialist at Pupil Labs,
you will cultivate long-term relationships with our customers and business
partners, responding effectively to research and industry-focused
questions. You will enable world-leading eye tracking research. You will
work to capture and understand customers’ requirements and help to shape
our product vision, roadmap and development.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain long-term relationships with our customers and business partners
- Respond independently and collaboratively to research and
industry-focused queries and/or elevate cases to team members where
appropriate
- Provide tailored support to enable our customers’ eye tracking research
ambitions
- Deliver inspiring product demonstrations and Q&A sessions
- Define methods to capture user knowledge and emerging research trends.
Distribute across multi-disciplinary teams to inform website and product
development, road maps and vision
- Keep up to date with publications, e.g. eye-movement research and
computer vision, both in academia and industry
- Analyse customer support cases, identify emerging issues and adapt our
methods to reduce support costs
- Liaise with the sales and operations team to facilitate a great customer
experience
Requirements:
- Master of Science in a relevant field. PhD or Post-doc background is a
bonus.
- Experience working with Pupil Labs products or other eye tracking
platforms is essential
- Experience leading a research project in academia or industry (e.g
neuromarketing); be an expert in your field
- Strong technical skills, with some experience in Python/Matlab being
preferable.
- Ability to deliver quantitative data analyses
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills; can get to the bottom of a
problem in a timely manner; able to negotiate ambiguity and respond to
questions succinctly
- Ability to communicate and present to a range of audiences; can
articulate complex ideas clearly
- Strong command of written English. You will be working with on-site and
remote team members and corresponding with customers and business partners.
Therefore, clear and efficient written coordination is essential
- Experience working alongside multi-disciplinary teams (in a
business-to-consumer or related role is advantageous)
- Experience evaluating user interfaces and workflows with a focus on
software for eye tracking data and other biosensors
