The National Centre for Research Methods (NCRM) is inviting researchers from across the social and health sciences to submit proposals for MethodsCon.
The new event, which takes place in Manchester on 13-14 September 2022, has been designed to re-connect researchers working in areas such as mental health, public health, social epidemiology, health inequalities, -omics, health informatics, data ethics and privacy.
Individuals as well as teams are welcome to submit proposals for sessions, which are in four main formats: Provocation Panels, Professional Development Workshops, Innovation Incubators and Anything Goes Sessions.
With a theme of "rethinking the boundaries of methods in health and social science research", MethodsCon is open to researchers working across different sectors and disciplines.
Bursaries are available to cover costs for those who might not otherwise be able to participate.
The deadline to submit proposals is Wednesday, 4 May. Please note, registration for delegates will open at a later date.
