Dear conjunction experts,
I have three second-level contrasts (from one-sample t-tests) which I would like to test for a conjunction. So far, I have been following the steps described in this post by Philipp Kuhne
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/wa-jisc.exe?A2=SPM;8be94d8.2108
which gives me a conjunction map of the minimal t-statistics across the three contrasts. From here, however, I do not know how to proceed. I would like to test the conjunction map against the conjunction null (in contrast to the global null), i. e. I would like to get p-values for the test against the conjunction null.
Unfortunately, I could not find a thread/source describing how to do this last step. Could anyone please tell me where to test a conjunction map (from second-level contrasts) against the conjunction null in SPM?
Thanks a lot for your support!
Best wishes,
Cindy
