About this event 
Maternal migrant health event covering health inequalities and a guide to housing, support and healthcare for various groups of migrant women, including recent evacuees from Afghanistan.
This event will cover and include:
• Evidence of increased risk for poor maternal health outcomes of migrant women
• The wider determinants of health and health inequalities for vulnerable migrant women
• Maternity Action's work with migrant women, including partnership work with maternity services
• Update on the housing, support of Afghan evacuees and other groups of Afghans
• Various barriers to support and integration for Afghan evacuees
• An overview of Housing, Support and Access to healthcare for all groups
• Question and Answer session.
